Privacy Policy — Øya
How Stølen Development AS handles information in the Øya app. In short: the current version of Øya does not collect personal data.

2. In short
The current version of Øya does not collect personal data. It has no sign-in, no ads and no analytics, and it sends nothing from the device.
3. What is stored, and where
Child profiles (an optional nickname, an age and a picture from the app), what the child has played, and the child’s drawings are stored only on the device. We cannot see them and they are not shared with anyone.
You can delete a drawing or a profile in the parent area, or delete everything by deleting the app.
4. Purchases
Premium is a subscription bought through Apple. Payment and receipts are handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy. We receive no payment details, name or e-mail address. The app only asks Apple whether the subscription is active.
5. Network and third parties
Øya has no network code of its own, no tracking, no ads and no third-party analytics. Links out of the app (this page, Apple’s terms and the subscription settings) are only in the parent area, behind a parental gate.
6. Children
Øya is made for children aged 2 to 5. Because we collect no data, we collect no data about children.
7. Sound and voices
The app does not use the microphone or the camera. The voices in the app are made in advance (synthetic speech) and ship with the app.
8. Changes and contact
If any of this changes, we update this page and the date at the top before a new version of the app is released. Privacy questions: help@stolendevelopment.no.

2. Kort fortalt
Den nåværende versjonen av Øya samler ikke inn personopplysninger. Den har ingen innlogging, ingen reklame og ingen analyseverktøy, og den sender ingenting fra enheten.
3. Hva som lagres, og hvor
Barneprofiler (valgfritt kallenavn, alder og et bilde fra appen), hva barnet har lekt med, og barnets tegninger lagres bare på enheten. Vi kan ikke se dem, og de deles ikke med noen.
Du kan slette en tegning eller en profil i foreldreområdet, eller slette alt ved å slette appen.
4. Kjøp
Premium kjøpes som abonnement gjennom Apple. Betaling og kvittering håndteres av Apple etter Apples personvernerklæring. Vi får ingen betalingsopplysninger, navn eller e-postadresse. Appen spør bare Apple om abonnementet er aktivt.
5. Nettverk og tredjeparter
Øya har ingen egen nettverkskode, ingen sporing, ingen annonser og ingen analyseverktøy fra tredjeparter. Lenker ut av appen (denne siden, Apples vilkår og abonnementsinnstillingene) ligger bare i foreldreområdet, bak en foreldresperre.
6. Barn
Øya er laget for barn fra 2 til 5 år. Fordi vi ikke samler inn opplysninger, samler vi heller ikke inn opplysninger om barn.
7. Lyd og stemmer
Appen bruker ikke mikrofon eller kamera. Stemmene i appen er ferdig laget (syntetisk tale) og ligger i appen.
8. Endringer og kontakt
