This Privacy Policy explains how Stølen Development AS handles information in the mobile application Custom Dice Roller.

2. Summary of how the app handles data
Custom Dice Roller does not require an account or login.
The current version does not contain an advertising SDK, analytics SDK, tracking SDK or third-party crash-reporting SDK.
The app has no Stølen Development account service, cloud database or network backend for storing custom dice or user content.
Custom dice, selected images, saved presets, roll history and app preferences are handled locally on your device.

4. Photos and Image Dice
When you choose to create an Image Die, Custom Dice Roller requests access to photos selected through your device’s photo-library interface.
Selected images are copied into the app’s local storage and may be resized or cropped locally so they can be displayed on the die.
The app does not upload those photos to Stølen Development AS or to a third-party service. The app does not publish them or make them visible to other users.
Deleting an Image Die deletes the copies belonging to that die from the app’s local image storage. The original photos in your photo library are not moved, changed or deleted by the app.
5. Shake to Roll and motion data
Shake to Roll is optional and disabled by default.
When it is enabled and you are on a roll screen, the app uses the device accelerometer to detect a shake.
The sensor values are used locally to decide whether a roll should be triggered. They are not used to create a user profile and are not intentionally transmitted to Stølen Development AS or to a third-party analytics service.
6. Accounts, advertising, analytics and tracking
Custom Dice Roller:
- does not require an account;
- does not use advertising;
- does not contain an analytics SDK;
- does not contain a tracking SDK;
- does not sell app data;
- does not use app data for behavioural advertising.
7. Device permissions the app uses
Custom Dice Roller asks for access to your photo library only when you choose to create an Image Die, and uses device motion only while Shake to Roll is switched on and a roll screen is open.
No feature of the app records audio, takes pictures with the camera, or uses your location. The app does not send notifications.
8. Apple platform services and diagnostics
The app is distributed through Apple’s platform.
Custom Dice Roller does not embed a third-party crash-reporting or analytics SDK.
Apple may process App Store, device or diagnostic information under Apple’s own services, privacy terms and your device settings. Depending on your Apple analytics-sharing choices, Apple may make diagnostic or crash information available to the developer.
This does not include uploading your Custom Dice Roller photo library or custom-dice content through an app-owned analytics backend.
9. Support contact
Custom Dice Roller does not contain a Stølen Development account or contact backend.
If you choose to contact support by email, Stølen Development AS receives your email address, your message and any information you voluntarily include. That communication happens through your own email service rather than through an app data-collection backend.

10. Data retention and deletion
App data is retained locally for as long as the relevant saved content remains in the app.
Where the app provides deletion controls, deleting saved custom content removes the corresponding app-managed data according to the current implementation. Deleting an Image Die also deletes that die’s locally stored image copies.
Uninstalling the app removes its local application data according to the normal behaviour of the operating system.
Because there is no account or backend holding this content, there is no remote deletion workflow or data-export system for app data.
11. Children
The app is a general-purpose dice and randomisation utility and does not knowingly collect personal information from children through an app-owned backend.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the app, its features or its data practices change.
The latest version will be published at stolendevelopment.no/dice/privacy/.
